The Supreme HD (Heavy Duty) is the newest addition to the Carwash family. This hose was methodically designed to withstand the pulling action, especially in the Self-Service Industry. Another unique feature that makes this hose more durable is the processing aid that is added to its formulation which reduces polymer
stress created by excess heat before the material exits the extrusion process.

The Supreme HD comes standard in 1½” ID with plain cut (X) ends and is available in lengths up to 100’.

Amflex’s Carwash Vac hose is the most flexible hose in the Car Wash industry. This spirally-wound two-profile construction hose has been redesigned and reformulated with Polyolefin Thermoplastic Elastomer to meet a higher level of flexibility, crush recovery, durability, and at the same time maintaining its original distinctive features such as ultraviolet protection and smooth bore.

The Carwash vac hose is available in a wide range of colors and various cuffs are also available upon request.

This Cobra Tapered Hose 2’’ down to 1 1/2’’ is another Amflex unique design created to improve vacuum efficiency in the Car Wash industry. The changes in diameter cause acceleration of the airflow at the reduced working end of the hose. This change is referred to as the “Bernoulli’s Effect”. The gradual transition eliminates turbulence caused by a connector reducer, eliminate clogging at the manifold vacuum source (2’’) and maintain flexibility at the working end (1 1/2’’).

The Cobra Tapered Hose is produced from a proprietary polyolefin copolymer formulation using the highest quality material and state-of-the-art automation
blending process that ensures product consistency.
