This Cobra Tapered Hose 2’’ down to 1 1/2’’ is another Amflex unique design created to improve vacuum efficiency in the Car Wash industry. The changes in diameter cause acceleration of the airflow at the reduced working end of the hose. This change is referred to as the “Bernoulli’s Effect”. The gradual transition eliminates turbulence caused by a connector reducer, eliminate clogging at the manifold vacuum source (2’’) and maintain flexibility at the working end (1 1/2’’).
The Cobra Tapered Hose is produced from a proprietary polyolefin copolymer formulation using the highest quality material and state-of-the-art automation
blending process that ensures product consistency.
These hoses come standard with plain cut (X) ends and cut to 15’ (other cuffs and fittings also available)
